تهدف سياسة الخصوصية إلى مساعدة جميع المستفيدين من خدمات مركز النخبة للتدريب في فهم طبيعة البيانات التي تقوم الجهة بجمعها عند زيارة الموقع الإلكتروني أو المنصة التدريبية وكيفية التعامل مع هذه البيانات وحمايتها.
كما تلتزم إدارة مركز النخبة للتدريب بضمان خصوصية بيانات المستفيدين وحمياتها وضمان تخزينها وعدم الاطلاع عليها الا من قبل المختصين ذوي الصلاحية وعدم نشرها ومشاركتها مع أي جهة أو أشخاص لا يحق لهم الاطلاع على هذه البيانات

Personal use

E-Attendance Policy
تهدف سياسة الحضور في مركز النخبة للتدريب إلى توضيح الإجراءات التنظيمية للحضور الإلكتروني المتزامن، حيث يشير الحضور الإلكتروني المتزامن إلى التواجد الافتراض ي في الفصول الافتراضية والتأكد من وجود المتدرب في الوقت الفعلي للدرس، لذلك تم وضع سياسات وإجراءات تنظيمية للحضور الإلكتروني المتزامن وهي كالتالي:
- Online attendance through virtual classrooms is equivalent to regular attendance.
- Attendance hours are provided through synchronous virtual classes at a minimum of 25% of the program/course hours when providing asynchronous electronic training in programs of more than one month.
- Attendance hours are offered through synchronous virtual classes with a minimum of 25% of the program hours in the case of blended learning (whether virtual or regular attendance) in programs that are longer than one month.
- Commitment of everyone to attend according to the time plan of the training program.
- The trainee must attend at least (.70%) of the hours allocated to the program in which he is
registered.
- The attendance and absence of trainees in lectures are automatically recorded, documented and followed up upon entry into the virtual classrooms.
- In the event that the trainee does not comply with the minimum percentage of "electronic
attendance" - which has been approved - this will lead to the application of the following
procedures:
- Excused absence: The training session is attended in the next session and the certificate is suspended until
the attendance of what has been absent from it.
- Unexcused absence: In the event that the percentage of absence is exceeded without an excuse, the trainee is not
urged to obtain a certificate of completion of the developmental course.

Electronic Integrity Policy
تهدف هذه السياسة إلى توضيح أهمية التزام جميع المستفيدين من خدمات مركز النخبة للتدريب بالنزاهة في بيئة التدريب الإلكتروني وتوضيح أشكال انتهاك النزاهة والإجراءات والعقوبات التي يتخذها مركز النخبة للتدريب عند انتهاك النزاهة في بيئة التدريب الإلكتروني، وكذلك للحد من الوقوع في مثل هذه الانتهاكات.
The concept of integrity and the importance of adhering to it:
Integrity is essential in all dealings within the entity, emphasizing the importance of truthfulness and honesty for every individual in the electronic training environment, including trainers, trainees, and administrators.
Integrity is an ethical system that provides guidelines for employees, trainers, and trainees to regulate their conduct. It encompasses various aspects, including confronting cheating during tests, stealing research, presenting projects that are not original, manipulating results, exercising bias, falsifying documents, or circumventing laws. Therefore, any act that infringes on the rights of others and contributes to offering false information or projects that lack authenticity is a breach of integrity.
Forms of integrity violation:
- Exploiting cooperation.
- Impersonating another trainee to participate in training activities.
- Copying or reproducing the work of others without indicating the source.
- Unauthorized access to electronic training systems and software.
- Posting or sharing trainees’ content without their permission.
- Spying on their activities and interactions across training platforms.
- Sending abusive or threatening emails.
الإجراءات والعقوبات التي يتخذها مركز النخبة للتدريب عند انتهاك النزاهة في بيئة التدريب الإلكتروني، وكذلك للحد من الوقوع في مثل هذه الانتهاكات:
- In cases of academic dishonesty or plagiarism, penalties may include temporary or final dismissal from the training program.
تسري هذه السياسة على جميع المستفيدين من خدمات مركز النخبة للتدريب ونلتزم بضمان تطبيق هذه السياسة، كما يلتزم بها جميع العاملين في الجهة، وأي انتهاك لهذه السياسة يُعرض صاحب المخالفة إلى إجراء تأديبي حسب الإجراءات المتبعة في مركز النخبة للتدريب.
Principles of Intellectual Property Rights and Copyright
The principle of intellectual property is concerned with the protection of human creations and innovations, which include trademarks, inventions, copyright, copyrights, models, concepts, databases, designs, drawings and others.
Intellectual Property Rights and Copyright in the E-Training Environment:
Intellectual property rights are a set of legal rights that protect the works of authors and creators from being reproduced and exploited by others without their consent.
Principles of Intellectual Property Rights at Elite Training Center:
- The entity is committed to intellectual property rights and publishing in what is published on the
training platform.
- Instructors and the like are committed to property rights when developing content.
- In the case of using open content, the source is mentioned.
- تلتزم الجهة بفحص محتوى جميع المقررات أو البرامج وأعمال المتدربين والتأكد من خلوها من انتهاكات الملكية الفكرية.
سياسة مركز النخبة للتدريب في السماح بنشر المحتوى:
- It is prohibited to post any content that is exposed to people or institutions or portrays them in a
bad way.
- It is prohibited to infringe by publishing or quoting content with intellectual rights without
permission or consent.
- It is prohibited to publish any content contrary to religious or moral teachings.
- It is prohibited to publish any content that affects national unity (racial, sectarian, tribal...).
الإجراءات المتخذة من مركز النخبة للتدريب :في حال حدوث انتهاك لحقوق الملكية الفكرية:
- Anyone who uses the training programs with their names or components, or who transfers, quotes,
copies, displays or publishes in any way is subject to legal accountability.

يتَبع مركز النخبة للتدريب عدد من الآليات التي تمنع انتحال هوية المتدرب وتضمن حضور المتدرب بنفسه وقيامه بالمهام والأنشطة، كما يتَبع مركز النخبة للتدريب عدد من الآليات الخاصة بفحص أعمال المتدربين ومنع الغش؛ وذلك لضمان تحقيق النزاهة في بيئة التدريب الإلكتروني.
To prevent identity theft, we follow the following mechanisms:
- Register trainees directly in virtual classes, turn on the camera, and log in with one username and account only.
The tool used to prevent impersonation in the training platform:
- Verify the email registered on the training platform.


To examine trainees’ work (research, projects, homework, etc.) and ensure their integrity, we follow the following mechanisms:
- Activating weekly discussions on assignments and activities with the course instructor to ensure that the student understands and is familiar with whether he actually submitted the assignment. Within the weekly assignments, we find mainly oral discussions.
To prevent cheating in electronic tests, we follow the following mechanisms:
- The center offers non-exam developmental courses that last less than a month.

يقوم مركز النخبة للتدريب بتحسين ممارساته في تقديم البرامج الإلكترونية من خلال اتباع آلية واضحة لقياس مستوى رضا المستفيدين عنها متمثلة بالتالي:
The objective of measuring beneficiary satisfaction:
Identify the satisfaction of trainees and trainers with the training programs and proposals that can contribute to the effectiveness of the performance of the courses provided, as knowing the opinion of the beneficiaries of the main site services, the training platform, the courses provided, their observations and suggestions contribute to making the appropriate decision in a timely manner from the site management and the training platform and contribute to the development of the e-training process remotely
Tool used to measure the level of satisfaction of beneficiaries:
- Questionnaires after each development cycle.

Measurement time and mechanism:
After the completion of the development courses for the trainees and periodically for the trainers during the courses and after the completion of the development courses.
The results of measuring the level of satisfaction are used in:
- Developing the Academy's Infrastructure.
- Developing and qualifying trainers and modifying and evaluating negative points.
- Measuring the mental image of the Academy among the beneficiaries.
Mechanism for submitting complaints and suggestions
The Elite Training Center follows the following mechanism for submitting complaints and suggestions and how to deal with them:
Complaints and suggestions are submitted through the following means of communication::
The method used by the entity to deal with complaints and suggestions::
1- Call the official numbers or send a message via WhatsApp or an email to the following email (info@elitecenter-sa.com).
- A customer service representative will answer the call and register the complaint.
- Make sure you provide all details related to the complaint clearly and accurately.
2- Send a written complaint
- You can send an email to the mail designated for receiving complaints.
- Make sure to include all important details such as (your name, phone number, details of the complaint.)
- You can also submit a complaint via the form available on the center’s website.
3- Follow up and inquire about the status of the complaint
- After submitting a complaint, follow up with the center to ensure it has been resolved.
- If you do not receive a satisfactory response, you can contact us again to inquire about the reason for the delay.
Duration for closing complaints:
- One week from the date of registering the complaint.
The procedure to be followed if the request exceeds the time specified for a response (the policy of escalating the request in the event of a non-response within the specified period):
If the specified period exceeds without a response. Here are the steps to follow in this case:
- If the complaint is not responded to on time, the matter will be escalated to the direct supervisor or head of the department concerned.
- A second reminder will be sent to the responsible party requesting that they respond to the complaint within an additional 3 working days.
- If there is still no response, the matter will be raised to the directly superior official, e.g. (department director or executive officer), with an explanation of the delay in response and the urgent need to resolve the complaint.
- The complaint is followed up until a final solution is found or appropriate measures are taken against the negligent party.

تهدف سياسة الدعم الفني إلى توضيح الإجراءات والمعلومات المتعلقة بتقديم خدمات الدعم الفني للمستفيدين من خدمات مركز النخبة للتدريب لدعمهم ومساندتهم عند حصول مشكلات تقنية تعيق استمرار العملية التدريبية .
كما تلتزم إدارة مركز النخبة للتدريب بتوفير الدعم الفني والتقني والتعليمي لكل المستفيدين من نظام إدارة التعلم/المنصة التدريبية في كل البرامج بشكل مستمر عبر القنوات المتاحة والمنشورة على الموقع الإلكتروني/المنصة التدريبية للجهة وهي:

Expected time to respond to technical support requests:
- Technical Support requests are responded to within 24 hours from the date of the request/inquiry.

- Official working hours from 8 am to 4 pm.
The procedure to be followed if the request exceeds the time specified for a response (the policy of escalating the request in the event of a non-response within the specified period):
