The attendance policy at Elite Training Center to clarify the organizational procedures for synchronous electronic attendance, as synchronous electronic attendance refers to the virtual presence in virtual classrooms and ensuring the trainee's presence in real time for the lesson, so organizational policies and procedures have been developed for synchronous electronic attendance, which are as follows:

  • Online attendance through virtual classrooms is equivalent to regular attendance.
  • Attendance hours are provided through synchronous virtual classes at a minimum of 25% of the program/course hours when providing asynchronous electronic training in programs of more than one month.
  • Attendance hours are offered through synchronous virtual classes with a minimum of 25% of the program hours in the case of blended learning (whether virtual or regular attendance) in programs that are longer than one month.
  • Commitment of everyone to attend according to the time plan of the training program.
  • The trainee must attend at least (.70%) of the hours allocated to the program in which he is registered.
  • The attendance and absence of trainees in lectures are automatically recorded, documented and followed up upon entry into the virtual classrooms.
  • In the event that the trainee does not comply with the minimum percentage of "electronic attendance" - which has been approved - this will lead to the application of the following procedures:
    • Excused absence: The training session is attended in the next session and the certificate is suspended until the attendance of what has been absent from it.
    • Unexcused absence: In the event that the percentage of absence is exceeded without an excuse, the trainee is not urged to obtain a certificate of completion of the developmental course.

Therefore, any act that infringes on the rights of others and contributes to offering false information or projects that lack authenticity is a breach of integrity.

Forms of integrity violation:

  • Exploiting cooperation.
  • Impersonating another trainee to participate in training activities.
  • Copying or reproducing the work of others without indicating the source.
  • Unauthorized access to electronic training systems and software.
  • Posting or sharing trainees’ content without their permission.
  • Spying on their activities and interactions across training platforms.
  • Sending abusive or threatening emails.

 

Procedures and penalties taken by the Elite Training Center when integrity is violated in the electronic training environment, and to reduce the incidence of such violations:

  • In cases of academic dishonesty or plagiarism, penalties may include temporary or final dismissal from the training program.

3- Follow up and inquire about the status of the complaint

  • After submitting a complaint, follow up with the center to ensure it has been resolved.
  • If you do not receive a satisfactory response, you can contact us again to inquire about the reason for the delay.

 

Duration for closing complaints:

  • One week from the date of registering the complaint.

 

The procedure to be followed if the request exceeds the time specified for a response (the policy of escalating the request in the event of a non-response within the specified period):

If the specified period exceeds without a response. Here are the steps to follow in this case:

  1. If the complaint is not responded to on time, the matter will be escalated to the direct supervisor or head of the department concerned.
  2. A second reminder will be sent to the responsible party requesting that they respond to the complaint within an additional 3 working days.
  3. If there is still no response, the matter will be raised to the directly superior official, e.g. (department director or executive officer), with an explanation of the delay in response and the urgent need to resolve the complaint.
  4. The complaint is followed up until a final solution is found or appropriate measures are taken against the negligent party.

The technical support policy aims to clarify the procedures and information related to providing technical support services to beneficiaries of services of the Elite Training Center to support them when technical problems occur that hinder the continuation of the training process.
